- What does Ekaggata mean? One pointed vs Tranquil Collectedness. Concentration.
- What does secluded from the 5 senses mean? The five kinds of Joy.
- Seeing Anicca, Dukha, Anatta. What do these terms really mean?
- Seeing the impersonal nature of the mind as it arises each moment.
- What makes the Buddha’s teaching unique from all other Teachers.
- What is Pain? Adjusting your effort. How we cause our own suffering. Equanimity.
- After you reach the 4th Jhana you are no longer a “Rookie”. The Arupa Jhanas’ are the most interesting states of mind you will ever experience. Infinite Space, Consciousness, Nothingness and Neither Perception no Non-perception States.
